
Ajvar mafini sa prepeličjim jajima
Potrebno je:
– 2 jajeta
– 200 ml kefira
– 100 ml mleka
– 80 ml ulja
– 2 kašike ajvara
– 250 g brašna
– 1 kesica praška za pecivo
– po potrebi so
– 100-150 g salame po izboru
– 6 zelenih maslina
– 12 prepeličjih jaja

Priprema

1. U jednoj posudi mikserom sjediniti jaja, kefir, mleko, ulje i ajvar.

2. U drugoj posudi pomešati brašno, so i prašak za pecivo.

3. Iseckati salamu i masline na kockice.

4. Mokre sastojke umešati mikserom sa brašnom, pa dodati seckane sastojke.

5. U pleh za mafine staviti papirnate korpice. Sipati malo smese.

6. Razbiti po jedno prepeličje jaje u svaku korpicu.

7. Polako ga prekriti dodatnom kašikom smese.

8. Staviti da se peku 35 minuta na 180 stepeni.

9. Gotove prohladiti, izvaditi iz korpica, pa poslužiti uz jogurt ili kefir.
